Career background

I've spent my career in research and policy roles in the community sector, working across gender-based violence, homelessness, substance use, mental health and reproductive health. I am primarily a qualitative researcher, with a passion for participatory methods that centre those with lived experience. I have built my research career in the community sector because I am committed to research that makes an impact, supporting better design, implementation and improvement of services.

I am currently doing my PhD part-time in the Social Policy Research Centre at UNSW Sydney, alongside my role as Director, Impact Data & Evaluation at The Benevolent Society. Read my full resume on LinkedIn.
